Paul Summers joins Saudi Airlines Catering Company ("SACC")

Paul has joined Saudi Airlines Catering to lead their Mergers, Acquisitions and Business Development activities with main priorities on sourcing and enacting opportunity flow, to help SACC’s business grow. He will report into the CEO Mr. Wajdy Al Ghabban.

He joins from Ali Zaid Al Quraishi & Brothers LLC in Dammam, where he spent the last four+ years as the Group Director – Mergers, Acquisitions & Business Development, while reporting into the Group MD/CEO. In this role he sourced, negotiated and closed exclusive agencies for international brands and companies seeking expansion into Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

Prior to this, Paul worked for eight years at The Zubair Corporation in Oman where he was a Senior Manager M&A, reporting directly to the Group CEO. During this time, he led M&A across group sectors of Financial Services, Engineering, Construction & Contracting, Energy & Logistics, Real Estate & Hospitality, Exploration & Production, Manufacturing (FMCG) division. He had daily engagement with C-Suite & BUO’s to facilitate the M&A process within the group.

Earlier in his career Paul worked for KPMG and Unilever Plc. Paul holds an MBA from London Business School, MSc. Durham University and is an FCA.
