Today, Delta Executive Search marks 23 years since its founding by Yiannis and Gerry Demopoulos

Since inception in 2002, we have focused on cultivating a personalised and strategic approach to advising both our clients and our candidates. Almost a quarter of a century later the firm has grown into a leading multi-discipline cross jurisdictional executive search partner supporting our clients in their strategic hiring needs from São Paulo to Singapore.

Still a boutique in terms of our dedicated focus on service and relationships our clients comprise of the leading global financial institutions, asset managers, sovereign entities, wealth managers & family offices across our markets.

In the past five years alone, the firm has reached several significant milestones:

• A record number of both cross jurisdictional and local to local placements across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia
• Launched a dedicated Hedge Fund Practice, hiring SPMs, PMs, and Analysts for the world’s most successful multi strategy funds
• Advised on numerous pivotal wealth management team moves across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East in several cases establishing offices for our clients in new markets
