Delta Executive Search are pleased to announce the promotion of Mesut Pirbudak to Junior Consultant, where he will continue to play an integral role on the firms Middle East and Africa desk, with a specific focus on clients across the GCC

Since joining in September 2023 as a Research Associate, Mesut has been instrumental in supporting search mandates across both the buy side and sell side. He currently services Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices, Investment Banking & Asset Management clients, with growing exposure to regional team builds and strategic hiring initiatives

Alongside his placement responsibilities, Mesut supports broader market mapping initiatives and contributes to Delta’s coverage across the MENA region, providing clients with tailored insights into local talent trends and competitive positioning

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics with International Development from the University of East Anglia
