Jeffrey Elkhoury Has Joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch Dubai

Jeffrey Elkhoury has joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Head of MENA and Turkey DCM, where he will be responsible for leading debt capital market activity across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey

Jeffrey has over 12 years of experience working across all asset classes in emerging markets and has conducted business from offices within Paris, London and Dubai. He joins from Societe General Corporate & Investment Bank, Dubai where he held the role of Director Middle East Debt Capital Markets with regional responsibility for Middle Eastern Capital Markets

Prior to joining Societe General CIB, Jeffrey held several roles over 10 years at Societe Generale in London, leaving the firm as a Vice President forming part of the CEEMEA Investment Banking Team. He previously held a position in the Risk Management Division at the BNP Paribas in London
