Alexis Koumoudos Has Been Appointed CIO at Vostok Emerging Finance
Having been placed at the firm by Delta Executive Search in 2016, Alexis Koumoudos has been appointed CIO at Vostok Emerging Finance, London. Amongst his years spent within various roles at VEF, Alexis has Originated and Executed deals in close collaboration with CEO and Managing Partner Dave Nangle with the likes of Creditas Capital, Konfio, and Lyzico and Juspay, boasting his broad expertise across LatAm and Indian markets
Prior to joining Vostok Emerging Finance, Alexis held the position of Partner at Skyline Capital Management, specialising in Long Only and Long/Short Equity Research within Emerging Markets. Alexis's expertise procured from this role spanned across the LatAm and EEMEA regions, otherwise gaining expertise in the Global Oil & Gas and Industrials sectors
Before pivoting towards a career in Equity Research at Skyline Capital, Alexis diverted away from Financial Services for a period of time to found Unique Villas, following his own entrepreneurial pursuit in Leisure & Real Estate
Alexis spent the first few years of his career covering Real Estate at Unique Properties, before moving to Medical Concepts to cover Healthcare
In addition to graduating from Durham University having studied BA, Business Finance, Alexis also holds an MSc in Quantitative Finance from CASS Business School
