Vanés Creavalle

Vanés joined Delta Executive Search in November 2025 as a Research Associate. She is a member of the Hedge Fund desk, where she supports senior appointments across global multi-strategy platforms as well as discretionary and systematic investment funds

Prior to joining Delta, Vanés began her career in executive search focusing on buyside hiring across a range of alternative asset classes, including Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and Credit. This experience provided her with broad exposure to investment firms and talent markets before moving into hedge fund coverage

Vanés graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2023, where she studied History Outside of work, Vanés enjoys playing basketball and staying active in the gym. She is also involved with the Caribbean Scholars Foundation as a Pastoral Lead, supporting initiatives aimed at improving university access and educational opportunities for Black Caribbean students
