Nikol Khaykyna

Nikol joined Delta Executive Search in February 2026 as a Research Associate. She assists in sourcing candidates for both buy-side and sell-side mandates, with a specific focus within the MENA region

She is currently completing her BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at King’s College London, with a strong focus on Economics and Politics. Nikol has a background in competitive fencing and enjoys travelling outside of work. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian
