- Bulge bracket bank with onshore booking capabilities looking to hire extensively into its wealth management division
- Looking to hire a Senior Banker with UHNW/HNW/family office connectivity
- Actively seeking candidates with non-traditional private banking experience, be it corporate finance, corporate banking or buy-side, who feel they have relationships that could be on-boarded to a wealth manager

Requirements: 

  • Candidates with at least 8+ years of experience in private banking, an investment banking coverage team, or who has obtained significant client penetration through another relationship focused role within an investment bank or buy-side institution
  • Candidates must show high level connectivity with UHNWI/HNWIs in the Levant and have a demonstrable track record of originating business from such individuals/family groups
  • A comfort level with the concept of originating assets from an existing client base who have not previously been serviced in such a manner is key
  • Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory skillset
  • Candidates must be Saudi nationals

Responsibilities: 

  • Primary responsibility is origination of Net New Assets for the Wealth Management platform from a regional client base brought in by the candidate
  • Acquisition of U/HNWI clients, sale of advisory services and prospects across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currency, hedge funds and structured products
  • Generate bespoke investment solutions for and provide advice to clients
  • Effectively collaborate with senior members of the department to fully utilise key relationships and build new client base through a Multi-Asset Strategy based approach to investment management
  • Closely cooperate with compliance division and ensure that all processes and standards are met and accurate
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of economic/market trends and be able to identify the key change triggers
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and meet on going requirements
  • Conduct regular appraisals of clients’ portfolios, check that investments remain within objectives and risk boundaries
