- An Asset Management firm specialised in advisory and wealth management solutions for family offices and institutional clients is looking to strengthen their platform by hiring Senior Bankers with coverage and origination experience in Russia, CEE, the Middle East and Africa
- Aim to strengthen relationships with existing family offices and UHNW clients as well as attract new target clients

Requirements: 

  • Candidates with at least 8+ years of experience in private banking, an investment banking coverage team, or who has obtained significant client penetration through another relationship focused role within a financial service focused firm
  • Candidates must show high level connectivity with family offices and UHNW individuals and have a demonstrable track record of originating business in this space
  • If considering a transfer from outside of a current private banking team, a comfort level with the concept of originating assets from an existing client base who have not previously been serviced in such a manner is key

Responsibilities: 

  • Originate net new assets for the platform from a regional client base brought in by the candidate
  • Generate and sell advisory services and investment programs across asset classes, investment styles, themes and risk-adjusted return objectives
  • Advise on raising financing from liquid assets and bespoke structures, providing effective solutions to clients
  • Effectively collaborate with the team to fully utilise key relationships and build new client base through a Multi-Strategy based approach to investment management
  • Work together with the Property Investment Office to originate and distribute property and club deals from financing and development to management to sale
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of economic / market trends to provide innovative client services by combining investment banking, asset management and wealth management capabilities
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and meet ongoing requirements
  • Conduct regular appraisals of clients’ portfolios, check that investments remain within objectives and risk boundaries
