- Energy Holding Company is looking to add an Associate to work in the CFO office
- Role will include contributing to all aspects of investor communications, relationship management, market analysis and communication within the group, as well as working on buy- side and sell-side financing transactions

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years’ experience working in investor relations, corporate communications, financial investment, investment banking, capital market research, accounting, or other related fields preferably for a major, international energy sector company
  • Successful track record of supporting interactions and communications with financial investors
  • Experience in capital market analysis
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain investor relationships
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools
  • Ability to understand and build corporate and asset valuation
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial reporting and management account
  • Capability to originate and prepare investor marketing materials
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and graphic presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Economics, Business or related fields. A Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages would be advantageous

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to company and market analysis, financial modelling, research model creation and presentations and data visualisation
  • Prepare industry research analysis and monthly macro screens: operating and strategic benchmarking and support ad-hoc strategy sessions
  • Develop results presentation materials according to international standards, including providing strategic input and recommendations
  • Interact with investment research analysts and contribute to investor event preparation
  • Develop and maintain a database of and maintain communication with individual investors, including preparing responses to specific enquiries and questions and liaising between investors and business units in Q&A process
  • Research and prepare background materials to support fundraising activitie
  • Monitor debt and equity capital markets, and support in the structuring of financing transactions, including buyside and sellside situations
  • Follow and analyse peer financial reporting, investor relations management and communications with capital markets on an ongoing basis
  • Conduct research and analysis of capital markets in general, as well as specific investor categories and individual investors
