The teams mandate is to structure and implement Joint Ventures, finance greenfield development projects, execute acquisitions and make minority investments on behalf of the sector companies

Candidates should have a proven tack record in analysing, structuring, negotiating and executing transactions across the Venture Capital landscape or have a track record in advising on such acquisitions
