Harley joined Delta Executive Search in October 2025 as a Research Associate, supporting the Wealth Management and Private Banking team from the London office. In this role, he contributes to market research, candidate identification, and the delivery of high-quality search processes

Prior to joining Delta, Harley spent nearly three years in Corporate Governance recruitment, specialising in Technology Audit and Risk across European markets. He holds a degree in Business Economics from Coventry University

Outside of work, Harley has a strong interest in football and music. He is also passionate about food and travel, always eager to explore new cuisines and destinations
