Gracel joined Delta in December 2024 and is currently based in the Philippines, where she leads and delivers internal projects focused on process automation, system enhancements, hiring coordination, and business operations

She brings over a decade of experience in project management, business development, and operations, having worked with companies across Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Delta, she supported engineering and recruitment firms in streamlining workflows, improving team performance, and managing cross-functional initiatives

Gracel is fluent in English and Filipino. Outside of work, she enjoys scenic drives with her family, reading thrillers and fiction, and is currently focused on building her expertise in AI and Process Systems Engineering
