Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and M&A, Leading Regional Food, Beverage, Retail & Hospitality Corporate, Jeddah

Our client is looking to add a Head of Corporate Development with at least 7 years of M&A or Corporate Development experience in the Consumer and Hospitality space. The individual will report directly into the CEO

The successful candidate will research and source new deal flow opportunities to expand the M&A deal pipeline, and execute on deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence and integration efforts

Prepare, communicate and guide the process, timeline and key deliverables

Oversee global 'exploration', defining new markets and market entry strategies

Coordianate and assist in outreach activities to potential targets with senior executives

Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements

Making sure running projects are managed appropriately, with tasks delegated & reviewed where necessary

Minimum 7 years experience at Tier 1 bank / corporate

Good knowledge of M&A deals and ability to apply your skills creatively

Demonstrable operational experience across business functions in a similar entity

Strong internal & external stakeholder management & planning skills

Proven leadership skills guiding senior management and managing internal & external conflicts

Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end

Strong execution experience
