We are looking for a TMT banker who is looking for opportunities in corporate M&A to join one of the most high profile TMT companies in the Middle East. The role will report directly in to the global CIO and the role will comprise of sourcing new deal flow opportunities to expand the M&A deal pipeline, and execute on deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence and integration efforts

The successful candidate will have a track record of M&A within both the telecoms and digital subsectors ideally, working on transactions within a bulge bracket investment bank or leading TMT boutique. Working on global large cap transactions will be preferred
