Requirements

  • Proven experience in calendar management and administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Experience in IT support and marketing tasks is desirable
  • Available to work out of hours when required by partners' travel schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination and team support

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day activities of the Partners, assisting in calendar management, scheduling meetings,and executing all travel arrangements
  • Liaising with external parties on behalf of the Partners, including IT service providers, hotels and restaurants, and members’ clubs among others
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal business stakeholders
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM system as well as internal reports and documentation as required
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining records
  • Assist with project planning and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Support team-building activities and assist in onboarding new team members
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
