Ava Samoilys

Ava joined Delta Executive Search in February 2026 as a Research Associate, supporting the Private Banking and Wealth Management team. She is responsible for supporting senior consultants on mandates and conducting market research. She assists in sourcing and managing candidates for buy side and sell side opportunities with a specific focus on the Greek and LatAm markets

Prior to joining Delta, she gained work experience within Financial Services from both St James's Place and Artemis Investment Management

Ava holds a BA in Linguistics from Newcastle University, and is a keen lacrosse player
