Law Firm is currently looking to strengthen its Corporate M&A practice with the appointment of an ambitious Associate with demonstrable experience and knowledge in commercial and corporate work

The Associate will be part of a transactional Corporate M&A practice working on a broad spectrum of corporate related matters such as cross - border M&A, joint ventures, debt and equity investments in a variety of industries

At least 6 years’ experience as a solicitor in corporate law

Fluency in Greek is preferable but not mandatory
