Ali Khan

Ali Khan joined Delta Executive Search as a Consultant in 2025, where he leads the hedge fund desk with a focus on senior and executive-level hires across investment and business leadership functions. He partners with hedge funds and asset managers across the Americas and EMEA, helping them identify and secure top talent

Before joining Delta, he served as a Principal at a boutique search firm, where he built and developed the financial services desk with a particular focus on hedge funds. Prior to that, Ali gained extensive in-house recruitment experience at several well-known global financial institutions in both London and New York

Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Regent’s University London

Outside of work, he has a strong interest in modern history, enjoys mentoring university students on their career paths, and is an avid hiker who seeks out new trails whenever possible
