Rivers joined Delta Executive Search in October 2025 as a Research Associate, where he sits on the Middle East desk. In this role, he supports candidate sourcing and delivers market research across both buy-side and sell-side mandates within the region

He studied Economics and Finance at the University of Bristol, with academic coverage including Banking, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance, Econometrics, and Derivatives

Outside of work, Rivers enjoys travelling and is particularly keen on cycling in his spare time. He also values the opportunity to experience new cultures around the world
