- Global Private Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with high level connectivity to family offices, UHNW and HNW individuals in Turkey, based in London
- Candidates with drive to succeed covering both traditional sophisticated Turkish wealth clients but also next generation of Turkish entrepreneurs

Requirements: 

  • Our client is considering candidates with at least 8+ years of experience in private banking. Additional candidates who have obtained significant UHNW penetration through another relationship focused role within an investment bank or buy-side institutions
  • Candidates must show high level connectivity with UHNWIs and/or family offices and have a demonstrable track record of originating business from such individuals/family office
  • Candidates must display experience of understanding and dealing with multiple complex product areas outside of vanilla financial instruments
  • A clear desire and hunger to strengthen client relationships, establish additional connections and succeed in reforming the bank’s existing UHNW interactions
  • Previous leadership experience both in individual franchises and business expansion would be beneficial
  • A comfort level with the concept of originating assets from an existing client base who have not previously been serviced in such a manner is key

Responsibilities: 

  • Development of existing UHNW client portfolios, sale of advisory services and prospects across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currency, hedge funds, structured products and other alternative investment products
  • Generate bespoke investment solutions and advise UHNW clients. Effectively collaborate with senior members of the Private Banking department to fully utilise key relationships and build new client base through a MultiAsset Strategy based approach to inves
  • Origination of investment banking type transactions, executed either within the investment bank or the private bank depending upon the size of the trade
  • Origination of net new assets for the Wealth Management platform from a regional client base brought in by the candidate
  • Closely cooperate with compliance division and ensure that all processes and standards are met and accurate
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of economic / market trends and be able to identify the key change triggers
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and meet on going requirements
  • Conduct regular appraisals of clients’ portfolios, check that investments remain within objectives and risk boundaries
