- A multinational private bank with a leading wealth management platform is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for their India and NRI coverage based out of Singapore
- Considering candidates with both traditional private banking experience and institutional experience who have a transferable client base from which they can onboard assets

Requirements: 

  • Candidates with at least 8+ years of experience in private banking
  • Individuals who have developed significant client relationships with an investment bank or buy-side institution will also be considered
  • Candidates must show high level connectivity with UHNW in India and NRI and have a demonstrable track record of origination business from such individuals/family groups
  • A comfort level with the concept of originating assets from an existing client base who have not previously been serviced in such a manner is key

Responsibilities: 

  • Primary responsibility is origination of Net New Assets for the Wealth Management platform from a regional client base brought in by the candidate
  • Acquisition of a UHNW clients, sale of advisory services and prospects across asset classes, including fixed income, currency, hedge funds and structured products
  • Generate bespoke investment solutions for and provide advice to clients
  • Effectively collaborate with compliance divisions and ensure that all processes and standard are met and accurate
  • Keep-up-to-date-knowledge of economic/market trends and be able to identify the key change triggers
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and meet on going requirements
  • Conduct regular appraisals of clients’ portfolios, check that investments remain within objectives and risk boundaries
