- Bulge Bracket Bank with a sizeable wealth management platform is looking to strengthen their Israel Private Banking business by hiring a Senior Relationship Manager with UHNW and/or Family Office connectivity gained through servicing clients in wealth creation scenarios outside of classic private banking products
- The successful candidate would be required to deliver their relationships to service the client in a wealth management capacity as well as continue to provide full spectrum investment banking products, lending & structured products offering & guidance on their corporate/business affairs as part of a holistic offering

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years of experience as a private banker hunter OR 10+ years in financial services, with notable UHNW/HNW client interaction through a role in leveraged finance, corporate banking or domestic sales-trading looking to move into a wealth management role
  • Preferred Book Type:
  • > Entrepreneurs, Family Offices & C-Suite
  • > Target AUM circa CHF 300mln over 3 years
  • > Relevant Tax Compliant Client Domiciles: UK, Switzerland, Monaco or Israel
  • > Book split into 50% advisory and the rest between portfolio management, private equity and execution
  • High level of connectivity with Israeli UHNWIs/Family Office’s showing an in depth understanding of clients’ businesses and sources of wealth demonstration as well as a track record of originating new business from such individuals jurisdiction
  • Ability to originate transactions that can be executed across either the private bank or the investment bank, discussing the breadth of the platform’s product offering with fluency
  • Fluency in Hebrew is preferable

Responsibilities: 

  • Builds relationships with UBO’s (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) & client families that cross generations to establish long-term connections to the firm
  • Origination of NNA (Net New Assets) for the platform from a regional client base brought in by the candidate
  • Trusted advisor to clients across asset classes including equities, fixed income, currency, hedge funds and structured products
  • Each Relationship Manager will work with a dedicated Investment Advisor and a Client Advisor
  • Knowledge of client goals and risk tolerance to ensure that financial strategies are appropriate
  • Deliver firms product experts to develop long-term solutions that strengthen client relationships with the firm
  • Helps clients achieve investment goals related to the creation, management and transfer of wealth
  • Develops tailored solutions that address the clients’ investment, risk management and financing/liquidity needs
  • Provision of entrepreneur support for UHNW and Family Office clients
  • Closely cooperate with compliance division and ensure that all processes and standards are met
  • Establishes a referral network and gain introductions to potential clients which generate new sales
