- Seeking an individual to cover the Mittelstand space to be based out of Frankfurt
- Successful candidate will lead major expansion of local office


  • Several years of experience in the sales-oriented corporate customer business, preferably in the lending business and in areas such as Structured Finance, Transaction Banking and Capital Markets
  • Sound knowledge in the annual financial statements analysis (HGB / IFRS / US GAAP)
  • Extensive network ideally experience in working with foreign company or a matrix organization
  • Analysis of cash flow models / financial modeling, structured finance products, (including English Law, LMA Standard, syndicated loans)
  • Studies with focus on banking or finance, usually with a completed training as a banker or alternatively comparable international training
  • Very good English language skills required, as well as German and / or Russian preferable
  • High level of initiative and the ability to process multiple projects at the same time
  • Confident appearance, result-oriented with outstanding communication and negotiation skills


  • Acquisition of new business (sale of the bank’s product and service portfolio) within larger medium-sized and larger groups as well as PE houses & Family Offices, especially with strong business relations with Russia/CIS and emerging markets (Africa/Asia)
  • Strategic Relationship Manager internally and externally for newly acquired customers in the associated markets of Germany, Benelux and Nordics
  • Close cooperation with local and international teams of the group both in customer support, the generation of new transactions and revenues
  • Customer interaction at decision-maker level with regard to business initiation/proposals and cross-selling within the framework of business strategy and policy
  • Responsibility of Client P&L
  • Adherence to internal processes related to customer care
