Internship, Client Relationship Management Software "CRM" - London



  • Currently studying or just graduated from a leading university preferable but not essential
  • Sound understanding of Client Relationship Management Software, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience working in a strong team-orientated, global environment
  • Experience in querying and utilising industry-related databases, websites and other research related materials
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse data from different, disparate sources and delivering actionable research for the team
  • General experience within ICT
  • Proactive, team player, self-starter, strong organizational skills


  • Analysis / implementation of CRM enhancements, changes and bug/error resolutions
  • Gain an understanding of business and technical concepts by participating in project assignment connected to the CRM
  • Support all levels of management and individual contributors with ad-hoc questions and reporting / dashboard requests
  • Develops and implements processes that ensure the utmost data integrity to avoid duplication and incomplete data
  • Resolve basic CRM issues
  • Work on the CRM Software Application and implement basic changes for the team
