Requirements
Tech hungry, eager to learn and implement new systems
2nd Class degree (or higher) in IT/Computing; or appropriate professional IT/Computing qualifications
Understanding of CRM, Email/ Social Marketing, VOIP, Serverless websites, Analytics systems is a bonus
Solid Microsoft Office package knowledge
Ability to successfully communicate with departments across the organization including senior
Independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to define and provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality technical support services
Responsibilities
Assist in creating a structured approach to rolling out new hardware or software, including procurement, testing and assessing the needs of users
Managing day to day IT operations of the business as 2nd line support working with CRM platforms, website developers, IT support team and VOIP platform
Working together with the business to improve client and candidate reach across channels and grow business operations
Managing and keeping track of Delta credentials/usage on 3rd party accounts
