  • 2nd Class degree (or higher) in IT/Computing; or appropriate professional IT/Computing qualifications
  • Understanding of CRM, Email/ Social Marketing, VOIP, Serverless websites, Analytics systems is a bonus
  • Solid Microsoft Office package knowledge
  • Ability to successfully communicate with departments across the organization including senior
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to define and provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality technical support services


  • Assist in creating a structured approach to rolling out new hardware or software, including procurement, testing and assessing the needs of users
  • Managing day to day IT operations of the business as 2nd line support working with CRM platforms, website developers, IT support team and VOIP platform
  • Working together with the business to improve client and candidate reach across channels and grow business operations
  • Managing and keeping track of Delta credentials/usage on 3rd party accounts
