  • Intelligent, dynamic individual with 2+ years’ experience working for family office groups
  • Greek speaker essential
  • Direct exposure working with stakeholders and senior management
  • Experience with Salesforce & Marketing Cloud
  • Strong administration skills and experience with business finances and software e.g. QuickBooks
  • Business Travel Management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills: proficiency in Excel is key
  • Happy to work after hours and weekends / physical presence where required and willing to interview in person – other applications will not be considered


  • Acting as the right hand for wider family group’s infrastructure functions that require attention to detail, outstanding organization skills, perseverance, and passion for perfection
  • Preparation, coordination, and regular upgrading of group performance tracking metrics
  • Implementation of new systems as well as improving current systems and processes
  • Travel bookings and coordination
  • Daily management and tracking of Social Media & Marketing platforms
  • Provide support to senior management on classified matters, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with interviews both internally and externally
  • Management of company & family administration
