Requirements
Intelligent, dynamic individual with 3+ years’ experience in an administrative capacity
HR / Recruitment preferable but not essential
Experience with CRM systems specifically Salesforce preferable but not essential
Must be presentable and highly motivated with a proven track record in a performance related field
High degree of personal drive and ambition
Excellent communicator on the phone and face to face
Team player, approachable and with a positive attitude
Hard working with ability to multi-task
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Fluency in more than one language is preferable
Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate full organisational support to Directors and Senior Consultants, including diary management
Grow and develop the company infrastructure including the Client Relationship Management system (CRM)
Manage the Intern Hiring program operations including the Alumni
Run the Social Media of the company
Provide support to senior management on classified matters
Manage office administration by liaising with suppliers, tracking and refining inventory providers as well as automating daily business processes
