Al Hassoun joins Citi Saudi Arabia from Saudi Fransi Capital, where he was a Director in the investment banking department

Having joined as an Analyst, over the last ten years Majed has worked on numerous landmark transactions across a wide range of industries including Aviation, Agribusiness, Food and Beverage, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare and Diversified Industrials

His extensive experience in investment banking activities covers local and cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issues and Debt Offerings. Notable transactions Majed has worked on include the IPOs of L'azurde and Bawan, AlMarai's purchase of Hail Agri Co., and the three way merger of Saudi Ground Handling

Al Hassoun has recently completed a secondment at the National Center for Privatization and PPP in Saudi Arabia, where he served as a Senior Advisor to the CEO and overlooked the privatisation initiatives of several sectors
