Director, International Equity Derivatives Sales, London/Moscow
A top tier Investment Bank, with an exceptional Emerging Markets franchise is seeking to expand its Equity Derivatives Sales Team to contribute to the growth of P&L and strengthening of Company’s international and domestic franchiseOrigination of corporate deals, working closely with structures selling Delta-1 & Structured Products inc. Capital Guaranteed Notes, Leveraged Products and Equity Finance Products and managing clients acquisition process, relations with clients, market advisory.
Major Responsibilities:
- Solicit new clients (European, US, LatAm, Asia hedge funds with equity exposure on Russian underlines), to establish sustainable flow business in equity derivatives
- Execute flow business with current client in equity derivatives (index futures/forwards, equity options and structure products on Russian underlines)
- Initiate active information flow between traders and client to understand market situation, create new products, mark out competitors and investigate our market share
Requirements:
- Understanding of equity derivatives
- Established client base
- Equity derivatives experience for last 3 years
- Understanding of Russian/EMEA equity market
- Deep understanding for value of client flow in sales and trading business
- Understanding of futures, options and option structures as product class
- Understanding of structure products (PPN, RCN, hybrids)
- Solid sales and analytical skills
