Requirements:

• The ideal candidates may have 4 - 8 years of solid execution experience from a top tier investment bank
• A proven track record within M&A and Capital Markets; and understanding of / exposure to other asset classes
• Strong valuation skills, an exceptional academic track record and excellent team player
• Fluency in Arabic language is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in idea generation, financial and strategic rationale analysis, due diligence and transaction execution
• Execution and origination of M&A, Restructuring, Equity and Debt transactions
• Creation of operating and financial models (including LBOs, DCFs, etc.
• Preparation of process documentation (including CAs, Procedure Letters, Information Memorandums, Management Presentations, NBOs, BOs, etc.)
• Coordination of due diligence processes, both on sell-side and buy-side
