Requirements

• 4+ year experience gained as a CFO at a buy-side institution
• Developed excellent team ethic and people management skills
• Needs to be entrepreneurial and understand group perspective
• Past experience in fund raising process/road shows
• Understanding of tax and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Reporting to LPs, working on structures, budgeting, running of PE fund
• Assist in the management of the private equity fund such as origination, sourcing of investment targets, structuring and negotiation of investments
• Negotiation of structures; restructuring, overseeing valuation & financial engineer of investments
• Manage all administrative, financial, accounting and reporting activities of and related investment funds
• Establish and implement reporting procedures, managed funds and portfolio investments
• Supervise, track and consolidate the financial performance of portfolio investments
• Arrange and manage debt financing with regards to portfolio investments
• Co-ordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement), capital statements and all supporting documentation for managed funds and portfolio companies
• Analyse and report on investment performance for managed funds, portfolio companies and the Private Equity company itself
• Compile monthly financial statements, annual budget / rolling budget and return models and related advisory companies
• Coordinate and oversee the accounting, annual audits and tax return preparation for managed funds, portfolio investments, the Private Equity company itself and related advisory companies
• Coordinate and supervise the Net Asset Value calculation of managed funds and portfolio companies
• Oversee the set-up, registration and maintenance of all holding companies (SPVs)
• Track and report on all fund movements (managed fund investments, investment returns, the company itself fees)
• Maintain all files related to the above
