Requirements:

• The ideal candidates may have 4 - 5 years of solid execution experience from a leading investment bank
• Exposure to international deals and consolidated international work experience
• Good execution experience and solid corporate advisory skills
• A proven track record within M&A and ECM
• Strong valuation skills, an exceptional academic record and excellent team player
• Developed marketing skills preferred
• Fluency in Polish is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide fairness opinion to the client's board and internal committees
• Advise the client's management on valuation, process and due diligence to ensure the process moves smoothly towards closure
• Develop a dynamic operating model to evaluate business based on NAV, DCF, trading and transaction comps
• Provide sell side M&A advisory: perform comprehensive due-diligence, develop financial models to project expansionary opportunities, craft detailed sales memo and management presentations outlining business strategy and assets, and coordinate process with selected buyers
• Perform in-depth evaluation of M&A and ECM transactions in Poland and CEE region as part of client management presentation
• Provide multiple M&A and ECM-related origination services to medium and large size Russian-based companies
