Senior Fixed Income Sales/ Head of Fixed Income Sales, CIS Investment Bank, London
A top tier CIS investment bank is looking for a Head of Fixed Income Sales to manage its distribution platform out of London, and develop its local and international distribution platform
Requirements:
- Over 5 years experience in selling fixed income products (credit bonds and private placements) at a global institution
- Knowledge of CEEMEA and CIS Bond markets
- An established fixed income client portfolio
- Relevant experience in leading and managing a team
- Fluency in English is a must
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing sales activity in Europe, Middle East and Asia - both expanding and maintaining the client base
- Selling CIS fixed income products to both institutional and corporate clients
- Assuming responsibility for the bank's domestic and international client base while overseeing the strengthening of existing, and creation of new relationships
- Maintaining strategic working relationships with local and global corporates
- Analysing sales information and data by value / volume / product
- Working closely with Research team on creating products best-suited for client needs
- Liaising closely with the Moscow Fixed Income team to leverage the existing international capabilities
- Organizing and participating in analyst and management road-shows, country conferences, events featuring government officials, as well as informal client gatherings
- Generating substantial P&L
