Responsibilities:

• The Director will be making day-to-day managerial decisions along the execution process within the guidelines set by his/her supervisors
• He will be managing a deal team and all aspects of the transaction process, including:
  • Due diligence
  • Credit analysis
  • Pricing and termsheet preparation
  • Internal approvals within the group
  • Documentation
  • Closing
• The Associate will be responsible for information gathering, due diligence, financial  modelling, credit analysis and various internal transaction management workstreams whilst supporting more senior members of the team

Requirements for both roles:

• A degree from a leading university, either in Russia or abroad
• Relevant work experience in Leveraged Finance, Credit Analysis or Trading
• Experience in closing credit transactions in Russia is crucial
• ACCA or CFA qualifications would be an advantage
• Fluent Russian and English
• Should be exceptionally motivated, ambitious and intellectually curious; an enthusiastic team player with strong analytical skills; results-focused achiever, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
