• 5-9 years of experience gained at a blue chip investment bank or top ranked local investment bank
• A proven track record within capital markets, with Solid ECM experience and deep understanding / exposure to other products
• Exposure to international deals and consolidated international work experience
• Strong valuation skills, an exceptional academic record and excellent team player
• Fluency in Russian, Polish or Ukrainian is preferable
• Individuals from a legal background with relevant Russia/CIS transactions could also be considered

Responsibilities:

• The role will involve working on current mandates across the CEEMEA region (Russia/CIS, CEE, Turkey Africa) as well as assisting in the origination of prospecitve deals in the region
• A successful candidate will be working on the origination, execution and structuring of a full range of ECM transactions, including IPO's, follow-on offerings, equity-linked and block trades across CEEMEA
• will be involved in all aspects of equity capital market solutions for CEEMEA clients (such as corporates, sponsors and international governments)
• Will collaborate directly with companies' managmenet teams, draft analyst, road show presentations, determine optimal ways to present business highlights to investors
• on the associate level will be responsible for building operational and valuation models
