In this capacity it is looking to add an experienced investment bankers with 9+ years of solid execution and origination experience from a leading sell-side institution within an ECM team. Individuals from consultancies or without direct investment banking experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination/ structuring efforts of equity transactions as well as pitching efforts in IPO / convertible bonds
• Maintain existing client relationships as well as expand the client base in the region

Requirements:

• 9+ years experience gained at a blue chip investment bank or top-ranked local player from CEEMEA region
• Solid ECM experience and deep understanding / exposure to other products
• Strong deal list and proven track record in originating and executing transactions

• Track record of international deals and consolidated international work experience

• Experience in convertible bonds / IPOs / RFPs/ bids and pitches is essential

• Developed marketing skills and an existing client base within CEEMEA
• Fluency in European emerging markets languages is preferable but not essential
