Leading City Based Boutique Financial Services Emerging Markets specialist Executive Search firm is looking for junior recruitment consultant to join an expanding team. The firm works on retainer basis for top tier Investment Banks & Buy-Side Funds within Emerging markets.
With offices based in London, Moscow and Dubai key areas of regional coverage are:

• Russia / CIS
• MENA / GCC
• Central & Eastern Europe
• Turkey, Greece & Southern Europe
• GEMs / Asia Pacific

Requirements:

• The candidate must have an exceptional academic background (minimum 2:1 degree)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, be charismatic, entrepreneurial and a team player
• Proficiency in relevant languages is required, as this individual will be expected to help service Emerging markets based clients
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; in particular Excel, Word, Access, and Visio

Responsibilities:

• Create and compile presentations for clients; examine data and trends within emerging markets
• Market mapping assistance
• Headcount analysis
• Updating regional / product reports
• Attendance of candidate and client meetings
• Salary surveys
• A substantial portion of our transactions are cross border and the role will include travel to our key markets including Moscow, Istanbul, Dubai, Warsaw and Athens.
