Requirements:

• 3+ years experience from either buy-side or sell-side
• A proven track record within Banks Sector
• Strong valuation/analytical skills, an exceptional academic record, excellent team player and great communication ability (CFA Level Qualification is a plus)
• Knowledge of the EMEA market is a plus
• Contacts within Regional/GEM/EMEA/International focused Institutional and Hedge Fund Clients is a plus
• Developed marketing and relationship skills
• University degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting

• Fluency in Russian

Responsibilities:

• production of research notes; reaction to news-flow and pre & post results commentary; delivering presentations/trading ideas to clients, sales & sales trading; marketing efforts in London/NY/Moscow/ Continental Europe
• liaison with company management and facilitation of corporate access; ad hoc client requests; built up comprehensive company database and relationships with key players in markets under coverage (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan); liaison with internal capital markets/corporate broking group; financial analysis and modeling
• Responsible for identifying, communicating and monetizing investment themes across Russia/CIS region
• Fundamental, quantitative and qualitative research
• Undertake liquidity screening and assess the quality of management via annual company visits
• Liaison with company management and facilitation of corporate access; ad hoc client requests; built up comprehensive company database and relationships with key players in markets under coverage
• Production of research notes; reaction to news-flow and pre & post results commentary; delivering presentations/trading ideas to clients, sales & sales trading;
• Creating product best-suited for client needs and facilitating Capital Markets on placing IPOs, secondaries & blocks
• Identifying short term trading ideas for internal and external clients
