Operations Associate, Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund, London
A recently established International Fund focusing on multiple asset classes is looking to add an Operations Associate to its London teamRequirements:
- 2 - 4 years experience gained in a similar role in operations at a top-tier Financial Institution (buy-side experience is preferable)
- Great attention to detail / focused execution professional
- A degree from a reputable UK / US university
Key responsibilities will include:
- Operations / Trade Support / Trade Assistant experience
- Trade capture, confirmations and reconciliation with Internal Systems and counterparties
- Understanding of trading strategies in cash and derivatives
- Daily cross check internal MTM with Brokers and check of global cash flows and settlements
- Providing timely information of trades/risk reports for related Portfolio Manager queries
- Providing related research to Portfolio Managers
Additional Responsibilities
- Providing a variety of trade related reports
- Investigating various trades, settlements and reset issues
