Top tier investment bank, with an exceptional emerging markets franchise is seeking to add headcount to its London based operations with the addition of an officer to its Natural Resources teamRequirements:
- 9+ years of experience gained at a global investment bank or a top ranked local investment bank
- Focus on large-cap & mid-cap opportunities (basic materials / natural resources / metals & mining / chemicals / oil & gas)
Responsibilities:
- Primary focus is coverage for M&A, IPO, fundraising and target generation for natural resources financing
- Coverage universe will include Global Senior, mid and small cap companies (specializing in UK listed, African and Asian focused - all commodities, small and mid cap); oversight of due diligence process and making investment recommendations on potential clients; target generation for M&A
- Cooperation with private equity arm in reviewing opportunities and developing new business with small and medium size clients
- Joint initiatives with commodities and structured product groups
