Requirements:

• 9+ years experience gained at a global investment bank or a top ranked local investment bank
• A proven track record within oil & gas M&A with a focus on Russia / CIS / Emerging markets
• Fluency in Russian is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a dedicated Oil & Gas M&A team as part of the Corporate Finance Division
• Advise Global clients on a wide range of corporate finance and M&A assignments & Lead Coverage of Russian clients
• Primary execution and coverage responsibilities
• Cooperation with private equity arm in reviewing opportunities and developing new business with small and medium size clients
• Joint initiatives with commodities and structured product groups
• Oversight of structuring and execution of both international and domestic acquisitions and disposals of assets and companies as well as advising on restructurings. Manage and coordinate work of Oil & Gas team, external lawyers, consultants and accountants, including project management, company valuation, structuring of transactions, financing analysis, assessment of capital markets considerations, due diligence, preparation of various marketing and presentation materials, both for clients' communication with investors and for business development
