Operations Associate, Investment Manager, Almaty
A recently established International Fund focusing on CIS Equities – is looking to add an Operations Associate to its Almaty teamRequirements:
- 2 - 4 years experience gained in a similar role in operations at a top-tier Global Investment Bank or Buy-side Institution
- Great attention to detail / focused-execution professional
- Previous experience with established back office systems including Sophis / Murex
- A degree from a reputable UK / US university is preferable
Key responsibilities will include:
- Trade Support / Trade Assistant experience
- Trade capture, confirmations and reconciliation with Internal Systems and counterparties
- Daily cross check internal MTM with Counterparties/Prime Brokers/Administrator
- Check of global cash flows and settlements
- Providing timely information of trades / risk reports for related Portfolio Manager queries
Additional Responsibilities:
- Providing a variety of trade related reports
- Investigating various trades, settlements and reset issues
