Description:
The Group has an established franchise across all product silos and a strong presence throughout CIS. The individual will be expected to consolidate leadership of markets Research and will be responsible for managing CIS research as well as developing and furthering relationships with Domestic and International clients.

Key functions will include maintaining close relationships with the key investors and regional Corporates and organising regular conferences and other investor access events for the relevant markets. The individual will be located in Moscow and will report to the Head of Equities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience gained in Equity Research at a leading international investment bank
• A successful candidate must have a demonstrable track record of strong relationships with:
  • Dedicated Long-Only investors focused on Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan
  • Key local Corporates & financial institutions
• Excellent understanding of the markets and business environment in the region
• The ability to talk top down regional macro and bottom up stock specific commentary as the voice of the product
• Proven track record of Leadership is a strong plus
• The ideal candidate is a fluent Russian speaker
• Individuals with excellent TRACK RECORD in sector research, without management experience WILL be considered
