Headquartered in the UAE, with assets under management of over US$5billion the firm has executed a number of the landmark deals in the region.

The fund seeks to exploit the significant opportunities in MENASAT region, with the objective of acquiring controlling interests in stable, mature and well managed businesses with target IRR of 20% on invested capital contributions over a medium to long-term period.

Having raised fresh capital to invest in the above regions and added internationally experienced  senior investment professionals to the management team the firm is now looking to add a number of mid level investment professionals to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management all aspects of the private equity fund from origination and sourcing of investment targets, investment due diligence, structuring and negotiation of investments, raising complementary capital, portfolio monitoring and exit

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience gained at a buyside institution  or special situations/principal investment team of a sell side institution
• A proven track record of exited private equity deals
• Exposure to international deals and consolidated international work experience
• Strong valuation & modeling skills, an exceptional academic record
• Developed marketing skills and excellent team ethic
• Fluency in Arabic or Urdu a plus but not a prerequisite
• Individuals with no experience in the MENASA region but with dedicated buyside experience WILL be considered
• Individuals with experience exclusively from sell side institutions and no track record of assessing or taking risk/ making investments WILL NOT be considered
