Requirements:

• The ideal candidates may have 3 - 6 years of solid execution experience from a top tier investment bank
• A proven track record within M&A and Capital Markets; and understanding of / exposure to other asset classes
• Experience in preparing presentations and marketing materials including, internal committee memos, client pitch books, and board presentations
• Exposure to international deals and consolidated international work experience
• Strong valuation skills, an exceptional academic track record and excellent team player
• Fluency in Arabic language is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in idea generation, financial and strategic rationale analysis, due diligence and transaction execution
• Execution and origination of M&A, Restructuring, Equity and Debt transactions
• Develop a dynamic operating model to evaluate business based on NAV, DCF, trading and transaction comps
• Provide sell side advisory to financial institutions: perform comprehensive due-diligence, develop financial models to project expansionary opportunities, craft detailed sales memo and management presentations outlining business strategy and assets, and coordinate process with selected buyers
• Coordination of due diligence processes, both on sell-side and buy-side
