• 2-4 years solid experience gained in an Investment Bank, Private Equity Fund or Consultancy Firm
• Strong quantitative and analytical skill set with ability to summarise complex transactions
• Solid understanding of business valuation techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to digest complexity while understanding bigger picture of business needs
• Must be a strong self-starter and be able to work independently while successfully working on a team environment
• Strong presentation, negotiation and pitching skills
• Fluency in Polish is a prerequisite

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of potential investments across CEE region
• Conduct research on sectors and specific companies
• Create full valuation models for potential investment targets, including modelling of financial projections and sensitivity analysis
• Assist in the investment process from sourcing to completion including the organisation and execution of due diligence as well as preparation of investment recommendations
• Assist seniors in monitoring existing investments and participate in fund raising processes
