Junior Vice President, Private Investment Company, Moscow
One of the largest private investment companies in Russia is seeking to add an investment professional at VP level to its team of highly experienced managers focusing on investment opportunities within Russia and the CISResponsibilities:
- Act as a deal leader on both current and new projects, including, leading negotiations, forming a valuation view, and controlling the execution of a deal
- Responsible for the training and managing of the junior members of the team
- Use a strong business acumen to provide input into internal discussions on separate projects
- Sourcing of new deals for investment is an additional responsibility
Requirements:
- Native Russian speaker
- 5+ years experience with a top tier investment bank or leading private equity / venture capital institution
- Strong technical background in M&A, with the commercial ability to make reasoned investment decisions
- Preferably MBA / MS Finance
- Solid understanding of the economy, business landscape, political situation in the country of location
