Director/Associate Director, Leveraged Finance and Credit Team, CIS Investment Bank, London
A top tier CIS Investment Bank is looking for Directors/Associate Directors to participate in the origination and execution of non-Russian credit transactions within its Leveraged Finance team.Requirements:
- Ideally, 4 - 8 years of solid execution experience from a top tier financial institution, in Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, Structuring, Credit Analysis and/or Credit Trading would be preferable
- Candidates should either have experience in managing leveraged finance transactions in Emerging Markets, with prior exposure to Sub-Saharan Africa and South Africa being particularly desirable; or have knowledge of trading Illiquid risk (CEE, Africa, Middle East, LATAM) in the form of bonds, CDSs, Loans, CLNs
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite
- Participate in the expansion of the bank's international franchise through origination and execution of deals outside Russia and CIS; through building and leveraging prior relationships with corporate clients and private equity firms
- Manage all aspects of the transaction process, including: due diligence, credit analysis, pricing and term sheet preparation, internal approvals within the group, documentation and closing
- The reporting line will be to the Co-Head of the Leveraged Finance Group
