This emerging markets fund seeks to exploit the significant opportunities in Russia/CIS, with the objective of generating strong, absolute returns over a medium to long-term time horizon

The portfolio includes investments in the energy, leisure, banking, financial services, infrastructure, real estate and telecommunications sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of private equity fund from origination and sourcing of investment targets, investment due diligence, structuring and negotiation of investments, raising complementary capital, portfolio monitoring and exit
• Leading member of capital raising team

• Energy, mining, telecoms, financial services and general industrials

• 6+ years of experience gained at a global investment bank or a top ranked local investment bank
• A proven track record within corporate finance/leverage finance with a focus/interest on Russia/CIS markets
• Substantial number of successfully executed transactions
• Exposure to international deals and consolidated international work experience
• Solid M&A and/or Equity Capital Markets experience
• Strong valuation & modeling skills, an exceptional academic record and excellent team player
• Developed marketing skills
• Fluency in Russian is preferable
